Cairo – Mubasher: Modern Shorouk Printing and Packaging received shareholders’ go-ahead to pay out cash dividends for the fiscal year 2015 at EGP 50 per share, a bourse filing indicated.

The company operates with EGP 119.1 million distributed over 11.91 million shares at EGP 10 each.

The ordinary general meeting approved FY15 financial statements, auditors and board’s reports, and commutative contracts.

In 2015, the company earned EGP 6.7 million compared to EGP 11.1 million a year earlier.
